𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗰𝗸 𝗶𝗻 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳.
At least once a week, get into the habit of taking a quick inventory of your life. It doesn’t have to take a long time or be complicated, but check in with yourself:
🌻How is my life going? ( I take a quick look at all the important areas of my life and how satisfied I am in those areas)
🌻I usually make notes of the areas that needs adjustment (areas where I am not so satisfied) and then commit to making changes in these areas.
🌻I slowly but surely start working and making changes in these areas. Then I would check in with myself again in a week or so. Little adjustments add up to big changes .
I realized that I started living more mindfully and intentionally in creating the life I want and deserve.
